Role:

To support the transition between Innovate Academy and JKids for facilities to be appropriately set up

Responsibilities:

Room Preparations:

• Clear and wipe down counters, Vacuum floors, Organize shelves based on programming (JKids vs Innovate)

Thursday Team Duties:

• Place classroom bins for Sunday setup

• Set up the MPR with games, coloring pages, balloons, etc

• Prepare classrooms with: Bibles, coloring pages/class notes, crayons/pencils, play-doh, worship materials, offering baskets and games

• Set up the nursery with: crib, changing station, foam mats, rockers, stroller, and toys

• Check-in station for parents: Set up iPads and printers at check-in stations, with extra label rolls

• Set up Chapel C with games and curriculum materials for Axis

Sunday Team Duties:

• Room Setup: Follow pictures in each classroom to set up the room according to the teacher's preferences

• Materials Organization: Place all JKids materials in the correct spots as per Sunday programming

• Bin Collection: Gather offering bins and place them in the Resource Room

• Trash Management: Tie trash bags, place them in the hallway, and replace them with a new bag in each trash can

Time Commitment Per Week:

1-2 hours/week (Thursday 4:30P-5:30P, Sunday 12:30P-1:30P)
